Recent VSPARS trials have lead to enhancement of the touch screen interface provided as standard with the VSPARS Hardware Pack. The use of context menus and enhanced interface design increase the on deck useability of VSPARS whilst it is being operated during high performance racing conditions. VSPARS Director, Owen Modral, lead this interface enhancement and is confident that VSPARS has now achieved a high level of operability in the racing environment commenting "on deck displays and simple but effective guidance to the racing crew are a major priority for the VSPARS system, ease of operability allow easy and effective integration of VSPARS into the racing situation".
